This was our second stay at the Hilton Shenzhen. Travelling with our 11 month old daughter, the room (Nanhai Seaside Suite - room 8035) was fantastic, with lots of space and great views over the Yacht club / Shenzhen Marina and the seafront. The room was very spacious and clean, with two balconies to enjoy the sunrise after an early morning wakeup from the little one! The staff were incredible during our stay, everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially during the carnage of feeding a toddler during breakfast time. The food choice during breakfast was great, with a good selection of both western and Chinese offerings. The overall facilities were really relaxing, with a short walk (5mins) to the seafront path, which leads down to Seaworld (10mins walk from the lobby) and all of the restaurants etc. With family living in Shenzhen, location and comfort for our daughter was top priority, and the Hilton did not disappoint, which is why we chose to return again this time. We stayed for 5 nights and had an excellent stay, highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning again soon

They exceeded all expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Breakfast at the lounge was a treat – always fresh, hot, and delicious, providing the perfect start to our day. We frequently choose this Hilton for our stays, drawn back by the consistently great service, delightful food, and the impressive atmosphere of the hotel. The location of the hotel, i.e. Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai, is the main reason for me, as a returning guest. The staff working at the Front Desk were extremely helpful and did their very best to entertain my (at the very least) enquiries and requests! I remember it was around 2015 that I first stayed in this hotel and I have kept coming back every now and then since then. For the last THREE visits, I stayed in the same room (i.e. Room 1009, Wanghai Wing) but I do think that the room (or maybe it is ALSO the case for other guest rooms) or even the whole hotel deserves some forms of renovations [##especially, the carpet in the room AND the TV remote control does NOT function very well!!] All in all, the hotel is STILL MY TOP CHOICE whenever I go to Shenzhen to stay overnight!!!

She personally called me one day before my stay to confirm my check-in timing, and took care of us so well at the lounge. She even upgraded us to a free breakfast after helping me search for my Hilton membership number. I saw her assisting other guests with food, drinks and various requests during my time there. I have stayed in various Hilton properties around the world and this ranks as the best. I’ll definitely be back again.
