My Favourite Hotel – Exceptional Service and Peace of Mind I’ve been staying at Hilton Shekou regularly over the years when visiting my parents in the area, and it has consistently delivered a wonderful experience. In recent months, I’ve made more frequent trips and mostly stayed in the Nanhai wing, which I highly recommend – the rooms are more spacious, the air conditioning is quieter, and the overall atmosphere is more peaceful. During my stay in April with my family, I accidentally left behind a Cartier ring in the room. I only realised this after reaching Hong Kong airport and contacted the hotel immediately. To my relief, the housekeeping team had already handed the ring to the front desk, and they kept it safe until my friend was able to collect it about two weeks later. I am extremely grateful for the honesty and efficiency of the staff – this speaks volumes about the hotel’s integrity and service standards. Beyond that, Hilton Shekou truly stands out in terms of location, cleanliness, and service. It has become my favourite hotel for a reason – consistently comfortable, welcoming, and trustworthy. Thank you again to the amazing team!

This was our second stay at the Hilton Shenzhen. Travelling with our 11 month old daughter, the room (Nanhai Seaside Suite - room 8035) was fantastic, with lots of space and great views over the Yacht club / Shenzhen Marina and the seafront. The room was very spacious and clean, with two balconies to enjoy the sunrise after an early morning wakeup from the little one! The staff were incredible during our stay, everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially during the carnage of feeding a toddler during breakfast time. The food choice during breakfast was great, with a good selection of both western and Chinese offerings. The overall facilities were really relaxing, with a short walk (5mins) to the seafront path, which leads down to Seaworld (10mins walk from the lobby) and all of the restaurants etc. With family living in Shenzhen, location and comfort for our daughter was top priority, and the Hilton did not disappoint, which is why we chose to return again this time. We stayed for 5 nights and had an excellent stay, highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning again soon
