Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai

Close to shekou terminal ferry port and shekou seaworld. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice place for family and hanging out. Pity the ship was being renovated during my stay. The suite room was huge and value for money for the price with tv in front of bathtub. The place is very clean as well as the surrounding area. Even the air felt clean where people mostly drive EV or rent bikes The staff were very helpful. The cleaner was especially friendly and make up the room every morning. Will come back and recommend

It is always for me to have the chance to stay in this magnificent Hilton hotel in Shenzhen. It is the best place and hotel for me in Shekou to recharge my batteries because everything is set up by the loving and pleasant staff who are always available to make life pleasant for their customers. I want to especially thank all the staff of the hotel and especially the best who is Mrs. Aileen LAM, for having done everything to make my stay more pleasant, warmer and magnificent during my short stay. I truly recommend this Hilton establishment in Shekou in Shenzhen to all travelers to stay there because everything is perfect and the location allows you to visit all the best places in Shekou. Our recent stay at this Hilton was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. Their accommodating and courteous nature added a personal touch that truly enhanced our family getaway. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the service provided by the executive lounge staff. They exceeded all expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. Breakfast at the lounge was a treat – always fresh, hot, and delicious, providing the perfect start to our day. The hotel's cleanliness and upkeep were also commendable, with everything immaculately maintained. It’s evident that the staff takes great pride in their work, and it shows. We frequently choose this Hilton for our stays, drawn back by the consistently great service, delightful food, and the impressive atmosphere of the hotel. The location of the hotel, i.e. Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai, is the main reason for me, as a returning guest. The staff working at the Front Desk were extremely helpful and did their very best to entertain my (at the very least) enquiries and requests! I remember it was around 2015 that I first stayed in this hotel and I have kept coming back every now and then since then. For the last THREE visits, I stayed in the same room (i.e. Room 1009, Wanghai Wing) but I do think that the room (or maybe it is ALSO the case for other guest rooms) or even the whole hotel deserves some forms of renovations [##especially, the carpet in the room AND the TV remote control does NOT function very well!!] All in all, the hotel is STILL MY TOP CHOICE whenever I go to Shenzhen to stay overnight!!!

I loved the property and the exceptional welcome from the hotel staff, as well as the quality of the food in the hotel restaurants. One evening I needed to go to the pharmacy and a member of the reception staff (Alex) accompanied me and translated the treatment to be taken, which had been given to me in Chinese of course. I'd never had such service at the front desk! Thank you Alex!
